Abstract

Two new steroids provisionally named as pakisteroid-A (1) and pakisteroid-B (2) have been isolated in crystalline form from Abutilon pakistanicum. Their structures have been assigned as 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-stigmasta-5,11(12)-diene (1) and 24beta-ethylcholesta-5, 9(11), 22E-trien-3beta-benzoate (2), respectively through extensive NMR studies.

从巴基斯坦苘麻中已分离出两种新的甾体化合物，暂命名为巴基斯坦甾体-A（1）和巴基斯坦甾体-B（2），它们呈结晶形式。通过广泛的核磁共振研究，它们的结构分别被确定为3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-豆甾-5,11(12)-二烯（1）和24β-乙基胆甾-5,9(11),22E-三烯-3β-苯甲酸酯（2）。
