Abstract

A novel human leukocyte antigen-B40 (HLA-B40) allele was identified in the Korean population and designated HLA-B4073. The HLA-B4073 allele shows one nucleotide difference from B*400102 in exon 2 at nucleotide position 299 (A-->T), resulting in an amino acid change, Glu76Val.

在韩国人群中鉴定出一种新型人类白细胞抗原 - B40（HLA - B40）等位基因，并命名为HLA - B4073。HLA - B4073等位基因在第2外显子的核苷酸位置299处与B*400102有一个核苷酸差异（A→T），导致氨基酸变化，即Glu76Val。
