Natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma involving the larynx is a rare entity, and its clinical picture has not been described.
A 73-year-old man had a granulomatous tumor involving the larynx. Multiple biopsies over 1 year were needed to reach an accurate diagnosis of NK/T-cell lymphoma. This patient died of the disease despite the use of chemotherapy.
To the best of our knowledge, this is the second case of primary laryngeal NK/T-cell that illustrates its clinical picture. In the early stage of the disease, this type of tumor can present as granulous tumor-like lesion without a definite destructive lesion. This tumor type should be kept in mind in tumors that are difficult to diagnose, especially in Asian populations.
累及喉部的自然杀伤（NK）/T细胞淋巴瘤是一种罕见的疾病，其临床表现尚未见报道。
一名73岁男性患有累及喉部的肉芽肿性肿瘤。在1年多的时间里进行了多次活检才准确诊断为NK/T细胞淋巴瘤。尽管使用了化疗，该患者仍死于该疾病。
据我们所知，这是第二例原发性喉部NK/T细胞淋巴瘤病例，阐述了其临床表现。在疾病早期，这种类型的肿瘤可表现为颗粒状肿瘤样病变，而无明确的破坏性病变。对于难以诊断的肿瘤，尤其是亚洲人群中的肿瘤，应考虑到这种肿瘤类型。
