To establish the method for determining the content of oridonin and rosemarinic acid in Rabdosia rubescens by HPLC.
Using ODS-C18 column (150 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm), methanol-0.3% phosphoric acid (40:60), oridonin detection wavelength at 238 nm and rosemarinic acid at 329 nm.
The average recovery oridonin was 97. 1% and rosemarinic acid was 99.3%. Oridonin relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.8% and rosemarinic acid was 2.9%.
This method can be used to determine the content of oridonin and rosemarinic acid in Rabdosia rubescens.
建立用高效液相色谱法测定冬凌草中冬凌草甲素和迷迭香酸含量的方法。
采用ODS-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.3%磷酸(40:60)为流动相,冬凌草甲素检测波长为238nm,迷迭香酸检测波长为329nm。
冬凌草甲素平均回收率为97.1%,迷迭香酸平均回收率为99.3%。冬凌草甲素相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.8%,迷迭香酸相对标准偏差为2.9%。
该方法可用于测定冬凌草中冬凌草甲素和迷迭香酸的含量。
