Abstract

The light-dependent ATP synthesis in the suspension of rat liver mitochondria was studied. The respiratory chain inhibitors were shown to prevent this process. Analogical effect was found also for 2,4-dinitrophenol, but the intensive blue light reversed it. The new mechanism of coupling by a transfer the vibrational quanta to ATPase and a detachment of ATP was proposed.

对大鼠肝脏线粒体悬浮液中光依赖性ATP合成进行了研究。结果表明,呼吸链抑制剂可阻止这一过程。2,4-二硝基苯酚也有类似作用,但强蓝光可使其逆转。提出了通过将振动量子转移至ATP酶并使ATP解离来实现偶联的新机制。
