Abstract
The aim of this case report is to present an endodontically managed maxillary first molar with an unusual morphology of 2 palatal roots and a single fused buccal root. An accurate assessment of this morphology was made with the help of spiral computerized tomography, which revealed that the contralateral tooth also had a similar morphology.

本病例报告的目的是展示一颗经牙髓治疗的上颌第一磨牙，其具有不寻常的形态，即2个腭根和1个融合的颊根。借助螺旋计算机断层扫描对这种形态进行了准确评估，结果显示对侧牙齿也有类似的形态。
