In 4 patients between 52 and 66 years of age with acute abdominal pain, rectus sheath haematoma in the right and left lower quadrant was diagnosed. In one case it was a condition after exertion, in another case after coughing, in the third case in thrombocytopenia and in the last case as a consequence of a contusion. Sonomorphology revealed a spindle-shaped or round hypoechoic mass localised in the rectus sheath. Two of the patients were operated on, and two were treated conservatively.
在4例年龄在52岁至66岁之间的急性腹痛患者中，诊断出左右下象限腹直肌鞘血肿。1例是在用力后发病，另1例是在咳嗽后发病，第3例是在血小板减少症时发病，最后1例是因挫伤所致。超声形态学显示腹直肌鞘内有一个纺锤形或圆形低回声肿块。其中2例患者接受了手术治疗，2例接受了保守治疗。
