Abstract

Thirty patients with arterial hypertension and 20 normotensive individuals were echocardiographically examined. Each patient with arterial hypertension was subjected to ECG and Rö-graphy of the heart and the lungs. In these patients significant thickness of the septum, of the left ventricular posterior wall and increased left ventricle were established. Simultaneous significant decrease of the ejection fraction, myofibril reduction and decreased EF slope of the mitral valve were found. Echocardiography is a very sensitive method in the detection of hypertrophy of the left ventricle in comparison to ECG and Rö-graphy.

摘要

对30例动脉高血压患者和20名血压正常者进行了超声心动图检查。对每例动脉高血压患者进行了心脏和肺部的心电图及X线检查。在这些患者中,发现室间隔、左心室后壁显著增厚,左心室增大。同时还发现射血分数显著降低、肌原纤维减少以及二尖瓣EF斜率降低。与心电图和X线检查相比,超声心动图是检测左心室肥厚非常敏感的方法。
