Ca2+, Mg(2+)-ATP-ase of plasmatic membranes of thymocites were studied as affected by Mg ions. A complex character of the reaction rate dependence on Mg2+ concentration in the range of 0.002-25. OmM was revealed. The data obtained indicate the existence of Mg(2+)-binding centre of ATP-ase which regulates the enzyme catalytic activity.
研究了镁离子对胸腺细胞质膜Ca2 +、Mg(2 +)-ATP酶的影响。揭示了在0.002 - 25.0mM范围内反应速率对Mg2 +浓度依赖性的复杂特性。所得数据表明存在调节酶催化活性的ATP酶的Mg(2 +)结合中心。
