Two new cases of human subcutaneous dirofilariasis in Northern Italy are described. The first one occurred in a 56 year-old man living in Venezia Lido and was localised in the frontal region; the second one in a 52 year-old woman living in Modena and was localised in the sacrococcygeal region. Both lesions were associated with Dirofilaria repens. In the same geographical areas other cases of this zoonosis had occurred in the past.
本文描述了意大利北部两例新的人体皮下恶丝虫病病例。第一例发生在一名居住在威尼斯利多岛的56岁男性身上，病变位于额部；第二例发生在一名居住在摩德纳的52岁女性身上，病变位于骶尾部。两例病变均与匐行恶丝虫有关。在同一地理区域，过去也曾发生过这种人畜共患病的其他病例。
