In 30 left human lungs the topography and division of the bronchioli of the so-called pulmonary acinus were studied. In all cases the so-called terminal bronchioli divided dichotomously at the angle of 100 degrees-160 degrees. Parallel and perpendicular type of the course of branches of the terminal bronchiolus was distinguished. In each segment the topography of artery and bronchus corresponded to that of acinus of the segment.
对30个正常成人左肺进行研究，观察所谓肺腺泡细支气管的形态和分支。在所有情况下，终末细支气管以100度至160度角呈二分支状。终末细支气管分支分为平行型和垂直型。每段动脉和支气管的位置与该段腺泡的位置相对应。
