BACKGROUND
Vital twin tubal gestation is a rare complication in pregnancy.
CASE
An asymptomatic gravida 1 female presented with increasing beta-HCG levels without an intrauterine gestation. Doppler sonography revealed cardiac motion of unilateral tubal twins. The patient was treated laparoscopically by partial tubectomy allowing a subsequent tubal re-anastomosis.
CONCLUSION
Doppler sonography may detect vital ectopic pregnancies early enabling fertility-conserving surgery.

存活的双胎输卵管妊娠是妊娠中一种罕见的并发症。
病例
一名无症状的初产妇，β-HCG水平升高但宫内未见妊娠。多普勒超声检查显示单侧输卵管双胎有心跳。该患者接受了腹腔镜下部分输卵管切除术，后续可行输卵管再吻合术。
结论
多普勒超声检查可早期发现存活的异位妊娠，从而能够实施保留生育功能的手术。
