INTRODUCTION
Gallstone ileus is a life-threatening surgical emergency where characteristic imaging can be diagnostic. Jejunum is the one of the rare sites of gallstone impaction.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
We hereby emphasize the role of multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) by describing a case of jejunal gallstone ileus with cholecystoduodenal fistula in a 59-year-old lady who presented with symptoms and signs of proximal small bowel obstruction.
CONCLUSION
MDCT of the abdomen established the diagnosis, and the patient managed surgically.

胆结石性肠梗阻是一种危及生命的外科急症，特征性影像学检查可用于诊断。空肠是胆结石嵌顿的罕见部位之一。
材料与方法
我们在此通过描述一例59岁女性患者的空肠胆结石性肠梗阻合并胆囊十二指肠瘘的病例，强调多排螺旋计算机断层扫描（MDCT）的作用。该患者表现出近端小肠梗阻的症状和体征。
结论
腹部MDCT确诊了病情，患者接受了手术治疗。
