The study of one case of a 'typical' testicular seminoma (1.2 cm in diameter) allows us to observe its association with extensive intratubular germ cell tumor (IGCT) and its correlation with a progressive sclerosis of the seminiferous tubules. Based upon this case, and after verification of morphologic, histochemical and immunohistochemical identities between the IGCT, the interstitial neoplastic cells and those from the seminoma, we speculate on the interrelation between the IGCT, the germinal testicular tumors, and the 'burned-out' tumor.
对一例“典型”睾丸精原细胞瘤（直径1.2厘米）的研究，使我们能够观察到它与广泛的小管内生殖细胞肿瘤（IGCT）的关联，以及它与曲细精管进行性硬化的相关性。基于此病例，并在证实IGCT、间质肿瘤细胞与精原细胞瘤细胞在形态学、组织化学和免疫组织化学特征相同之后，我们推测了IGCT、睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤和“消退型”肿瘤之间的相互关系。
