Abstract

Baliz-2, a new antibacterial drug, was used to prevent nasopharyngeal infection before and after uranoplasty in 25 children with palatal clefts. Sanitation effect of the drug was revealed; the incidence of postoperative inflammatory complications was reduced.

新型抗菌药物Baliz-2被用于25例腭裂患儿腭裂修复术前及术后预防鼻咽部感染。该药物的卫生学效果得以显现，术后炎症并发症的发生率降低。
