AIM
The present study evaluated the reliability of The Cohen-Mansfield Agitation Inventory Polish version among demented and non-demented nursing home residents.
METHOD
35 nursing home residents fulfilling the ICD-10 criteria for dementia and 32 non-demented residents were assessed with The Cohen-Mansfield Agitation Inventory Polish version. For analysis of data we used Cronbach's alpha and Spearman's rank correlation coefficients.
RESULTS
The internal consistency ofthe CMAI and interrater reliabilities were satisfactory both for dementia and the control groups. Although certain differences between the demented and non-demented residents were reported.
CONCLUSION
The preliminary result from the evaluation of the reliability of The Cohen-Mansfield Agitation Inventory Polish version were all satisfactory, both for demented and non-demented residents.
目的
本研究评估了《科恩-曼斯菲尔德激越量表》波兰语版在痴呆和非痴呆养老院居民中的可靠性。
方法
对35名符合ICD-10痴呆标准的养老院居民和32名非痴呆居民使用《科恩-曼斯菲尔德激越量表》波兰语版进行评估。数据分析采用克朗巴赫α系数和斯皮尔曼等级相关系数。
结果
痴呆组和对照组的CMAI内部一致性和评分者间信度均令人满意。尽管报告了痴呆和非痴呆居民之间存在某些差异。
结论
