Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To analyze the active components alignment of aconitum alkaloids on extractive of Folium Aconiti Kusnezoffii and its decoction.

METHOD

The analysis was performed by the method of ESI-MS.

RESULT

The biester-type and the triester-type diterpenoid aconitum alkaloids were hydrolysed after boiling in water, the former was hydrolyzed to 14-benzoylaconine and aconine, the latter to 3-acylaconine.

CONCLUSION

The method is simple rapid and sensitive, provide a new instrumentality to analyze the active components alignment of aconitum alkaloids on extractive of folium aconiti kusnezoffii.

目的

分析乌头生物碱在北乌头叶提取物及其汤剂中的活性成分排列。

方法

采用电喷雾质谱法进行分析。

结果

双酯型和三酯型二萜类乌头生物碱在水中煮沸后水解,前者水解为14-苯甲酰乌头原碱和乌头原碱,后者水解为3-酰基乌头原碱。

结论

该方法简便、快速、灵敏,为分析乌头生物碱在北乌头叶提取物中的活性成分排列提供了一种新手段。
