Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study chemical constituents of Arachniodes rhomboidea.

METHOD

Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH -20 gel column chromatography were employed for the isolation and purification. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and chemical methods.

RESULT

Six compounds were isolated and identified as follows: kaempferol (1), kaempferol-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnoside (2), kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-glucoside (3), kaempferol-3, 7-O-alpha-L-dirhamnoside (4), quercetin-3-O-beta-D-glucoside (5), kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-rutinoside (6).

CONCLUSION

Compouds 1-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

摘要

目的

研究斜方复叶耳蕨的化学成分。

方法

采用硅胶柱色谱和葡聚糖凝胶LH -20柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过光谱数据和化学方法鉴定结构。

结果

分离鉴定出6个化合物,分别为:山柰酚(1)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(2)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、山柰酚-3,7-O-α-L-二鼠李糖苷(4)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(6)。

结论

化合物1 - 6首次从该植物中分离得到。
