Abstract

The cytoimmunological study of the adenohypophysis of Boops salpa (marine Teleost), in different experimental conditions confirmed that the MacConaill's hematoxyline-positive cells contain: 1. ACTH (Corticotrophic Hormone) in the pars distalis, 2. MSH (Melanocyte-Stimulating Hormone) and ACTH in the pars intermedia.

摘要

对不同实验条件下的海鲷(海洋硬骨鱼)腺垂体进行的细胞免疫学研究证实,麦康奈尔苏木精阳性细胞含有:1. 远侧部的促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH);2. 中间部的促黑素细胞激素(MSH)和促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)。
