The author analyzed occupational hearing disorders through its dynamics, industry-wise peculiarities and place in occupational morbidity in Russian Federation over 2002-2007. Over this period neurosensory deafness was diagnosed in representatives of 329 occupations, mostly in aviation workers, underground workers, stationary machine and device operators, automobile transport workers. With average incidence of new cases at nearly 1,500 per year, actual level of neurosensory deafness morbidity corresponds to 0,005% maximal risk of occupational hearing disturbance.
