Findings are that annual incidence of neurosensory deafness in Russia equals at most 0.06% of workers exposed to increased noise level at work and fails to demonstrate actual occupational risk of noise related diseases. The author proved that low level of neurosensory deafness diagnosis is caused not only by insatisfactory quality of periodic medical examinations, but also by psychosocial factors as fear of losing the job and negative attitude of social groups to people with impaired hearing. Essential arterial hypertension appeared to be highly prevelent among civil aviation crew members with neurosensory deafness.
研究结果表明,俄罗斯神经感觉性耳聋的年发病率在工作中暴露于噪音水平增加的工人中最高仅为0.06%,并未显示出与噪音相关疾病的实际职业风险。作者证明,神经感觉性耳聋诊断水平较低不仅是由于定期体检质量不令人满意,还受到社会心理因素的影响,如担心失去工作以及社会群体对听力受损者的负面态度。在患有神经感觉性耳聋的民航机组人员中,原发性高血压似乎非常普遍。
