By using the phenol method, employed for obtaining RNA, the factor possessing electrophoretic mobility close to that of more rapidly migrating conformomer 5 S p-RNA and resistant to the action of pancreatic RNA-s was isolated from noncellular ascitic fluid, Ehrlich and NK/Ly tumors, hepatoma 22a, Zajdela hepatoma, ovarian ascites tumor in rats. This factor is suggested to participate in suppression of antitumor immunity in cancer.
通过用于获取RNA的酚法,从大鼠的无细胞腹水、艾氏腹水瘤和NK/Ly肿瘤、肝癌22a、扎伊德氏肝癌、卵巢腹水瘤中分离出一种因子,其电泳迁移率与迁移较快的构象异构体5S p-RNA相近,且对胰RNA酶的作用具有抗性。提示该因子参与癌症中抗肿瘤免疫的抑制。
