Identification of cyclopropyl fatty acids in walnut oil.
GC/MS method was developed for the determination of eight cyclopropyl fatty acids in walnut (Juglans regia) oil.
Monocyclopropane acids: methyl 9-cyclopropyl-nonanoate, 6,7-methylene-, 8,9-methylene-, 9,10-methylene-, 11,12-methylene octadecanoates, and dicyclic acid - methyl 9,10,12,13-dimethylene octadecanoate, tricyclic acid - methyl 9,10,12,13,15,16-trimethylene octadecanoate, and unsaturated - methyl 2-octylcyclopropene-1-octanoate were detected in walnut oil by GC-MS and their mass spectra studied. Four cyclic fatty acids were identified for the fist time in seed oils.
Eight cyclopropyl fatty acids were detected in the Mediterranean nuts for the first time.

通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测到核桃油中的单环丙烷酸:9-环丙基壬酸甲酯、6,7-亚甲基、8,9-亚甲基、9,10-亚甲基、11,12-亚甲基十八烷酸甲酯,以及二环酸——9,10,12,13-二亚甲基十八烷酸甲酯、三环酸——9,10,12,13,15,16-三亚甲基十八烷酸甲酯,还有不饱和酸——2-辛基环丙烯-1-辛酸甲酯,并对其质谱进行了研究。首次在种子油中鉴定出4种环状脂肪酸。
首次在地中海坚果中检测到8种环丙基脂肪酸。
