[A modification to the process of drying material in paraffin embedding in pathohistological practice].

The modification consists of the replacement of alcohols of increasing concentration by glycerols. This results in a shortening of tissue treatment, improvement of the preparation quality due to the full exclusion of the alcoholic tissue shrinkage and cell structure deformation as well as alcohol saving.
