Clinical and CT correlative researches in 172 patients with deep infarction of cerebral hemisphere were reported. The lesions are classified into eight types according to their location. Lateral of the central part of lateral ventricle was most frequently, and putamen, posterior limb of internal capsule, lateral of the anterior horn of lateral ventricle were subsequently. Only a few deep infarctions were watershed infarction possibly. The question of low perfusion in the peripheral of the lesion were discussed.
报告了172例大脑半球深部梗死患者的临床与CT相关性研究。根据病变位置将其分为八类。侧脑室中央部外侧最为常见，其次为壳核、内囊后肢、侧脑室前角外侧。仅少数深部梗死可能为分水岭梗死。讨论了病变周边低灌注的问题。
