Some physico-chemical properties of commercially available neuraminidase preparations from non-choleric vibrio were studied. The neuraminidase was shown to be weakly acid glycoprotein with molecular mass 90 +/- 5 kDa, sedimentation constant 5.37 S and pI 5.0 +/- 0.1. As shown by roentgen-diffractometric technique the neuraminidase preparations possessed a quasi-crystalline structure. All the preparations studied were highly purified, exhibited electrophoretic homogeneity, did not contain any protein and Me+ contaminations.
对市售非霍乱弧菌神经氨酸酶制剂的一些物理化学性质进行了研究。结果表明,该神经氨酸酶是一种弱酸性糖蛋白,分子量为90±5 kDa,沉降常数为5.37 S,等电点为5.0±0.1。X射线衍射技术显示,神经氨酸酶制剂具有准晶体结构。所有研究的制剂均高度纯化,具有电泳均一性,不含任何蛋白质和金属离子污染。
