Abstract
The medial tibial syndrome is the most common overuse injury, which occurs at the inner border of the shin, mostly in the lowest and middle thirds. It is characteristically a chronic compartmental syndrome and its treatment is fasciotomy if conservative management to allow healing fails.

胫骨内侧综合征是最常见的过度使用损伤，发生在胫骨内侧缘，多见于下三分之一和中三分之一处。其典型特征为慢性骨筋膜室综合征，若保守治疗无法促进愈合，则需进行筋膜切开术。
