The problems in the clinical test design of acupuncture therapy for rehabilitation of stroke at present are probed. The main problems now are: the objective of the test is not clear and definite; main and adjuvant points are not clear; needling manipulation is not clear or has no standards of manipulation; the model of the needling instrument is not definite, etc. For really becoming acupuncture therapy as a world medicine, it is necessary to continuously complete and raise the test design, manipulation standardization and united quantitative standard in acupuncture therapy for rehabilitation of stroke.
探讨了目前中风康复针刺疗法临床试验设计中存在的问题。目前主要的问题有：试验目的不明确；主穴和配穴不明确；针刺手法不明确或没有操作标准；针刺器具型号不明确等。为使针刺疗法真正成为世界医学，有必要不断完善和提高中风康复针刺疗法的试验设计、操作规范化及统一量化标准。
