Abstract

The acellular dermal matrix allograft has been used as an alternative to autogenous palatal mucosal graft. The aim of this study was the evaluation of the biocompatibility of an acellular dermal matrix (AlloDerm) in culture of macrophages. For hydrogen peroxidase determination we used the method of Pick & Kesari, and the Griess method for nitric oxide determination. Statistical analysis showed no significant difference (p <or= 0,05) in the release of nitric oxide and hydrogen peroxide by the macrophages exposed to acellular dermal matrix and the negative control. The results suggest that acellular dermal matrix did not activate the cell inflammatory response.

摘要

脱细胞真皮基质同种异体移植物已被用作自体腭黏膜移植物的替代物。本研究的目的是评估脱细胞真皮基质(AlloDerm)在巨噬细胞培养中的生物相容性。对于过氧化氢测定,我们采用了Pick和Kesari的方法,对于一氧化氮测定采用了Griess方法。统计分析表明,暴露于脱细胞真皮基质的巨噬细胞与阴性对照在一氧化氮和过氧化氢释放方面无显著差异(p≤0.05)。结果表明脱细胞真皮基质未激活细胞炎症反应。
