Abstract
The essentials of EBM clinical guidelines has been presented. The need of the epidemiological interpretation of statistical analysis was pointed out. Choosen guideline systems as NICE, NGC, DynaMed has been discussed, as well as existing organisational and legal regulations. EBM converts into atificial intelligence through-out application of ontology, semantic web, statistical modelling, decision making theory.
摘要
循证医学临床指南的要点已被阐述。指出了对统计分析进行流行病学解释的必要性。讨论了如英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所（NICE）、美国国立指南库（NGC）、DynaMed等选定的指南系统，以及现有的组织和法律法规。循证医学通过本体论、语义网、统计建模、决策理论的全面应用转化为人工智能。
