The authors present a case of central retinal artery occlusion with sparing cilioretinal artery in 62 year old woman with sudden decrease of visual field in the right eye. The diagnosis of central retinal artery occlusion (ophthalmological examination, fluorescein angiography, field of vision and optical coherent tomography) was performed at the begining and after 1 month. In acute phase, optical coherence tomography reveals increased thickness and reflectivity of the inner retinal layer and decreased reflectivity of the outer retinal layer. After one, three and six months OCT demonstrates a decrease of reflectivity and thickness of the inner retina and increase of reflectivity of the outer layer. Spectral OCT performed after six months from the beginnig of the disease shows atrophy of the retinal neurosensory layer.
作者报告了一例62岁女性右眼视野突然缩小，伴有睫状视网膜动脉保留的视网膜中央动脉阻塞病例。在疾病初期和1个月后进行了视网膜中央动脉阻塞的诊断（眼科检查、荧光素血管造影、视野检查和光学相干断层扫描）。急性期，光学相干断层扫描显示视网膜内层厚度和反射率增加，外层反射率降低。1个月、3个月和6个月后，光学相干断层扫描显示视网膜内层反射率和厚度降低，外层反射率增加。疾病开始6个月后进行的光谱光学相干断层扫描显示视网膜神经感觉层萎缩。
