Using a silver staining technique (AgNOR technique), we have investigated the nucleolar organizer-associated proteins (NORs) in formalin-fixed paraffin embedded conjunctival specimens of 15 intraepithelial squamous carcinomas, 10 hyperplastic-dysplastic samples and 10 control epithelial fragments; the mean number of intranuclear black dots was determined for each case. A significant difference in the mean number of NORs was found when intraepithelial squamous carcinomas were compared with hyperplastic-dysplastic lesions (P less than 0.001); in addition, normal control conjunctiva and hyperplastic-dysplastic lesions were also discernible (P less than 0.05).
我们运用银染色技术(AgNOR技术),对15例上皮内鳞状细胞癌、10例增生-发育异常样本以及10例对照上皮碎片的福尔马林固定石蜡包埋结膜标本中的核仁组织区相关蛋白(NORs)进行了研究;测定了每例标本内核黑点的平均数。将上皮内鳞状细胞癌与增生-发育异常病变进行比较时,发现NORs平均数存在显著差异(P小于0.001);此外,正常对照结膜与增生-发育异常病变之间也有明显差异(P小于0.05)。
