Abstract
We report a case of a 49-year-old woman with headache who was diagnosed with cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) of the superior sagittal and right transverse sinuses. Serial gradient recalled-echo T2*-weighted imaging (T2WI) studies demonstrated dynamic changes of thrombosed segments. T2WI is useful not only as a diagnostic tool for CVT, but also in evaluating changes to thrombus.

我们报告一例49岁头痛女性患者，其被诊断为上矢状窦和右侧横窦的脑静脉血栓形成（CVT）。系列梯度回波T2加权成像（T2WI）研究显示了血栓形成节段的动态变化。T2*WI不仅作为CVT的诊断工具有用，而且在评估血栓变化方面也有用。
