OBJECTIVE
To study the constituents of Cacalia ambigua.
METHODS
The chemical constituents were isolated from the plant by all kinds of column chromatographies and their structures were identified by spectral methods.
RESULTS
Four compounds were isolated and identified as ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid (1), 13-beta-Kaur-16 beta-ol (2), beta-sitosterol (3) and 1-glyceryl nonadecanoic acid ester (4).
CONCLUSION
Compounds 1-4 are isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds 1 and 2 and isolated from this genus for the first time.
目的
研究两似蟹甲草的化学成分。
方法
采用各种柱色谱法从该植物中分离化学成分，并通过光谱方法鉴定其结构。
结果
分离并鉴定了4个化合物，分别为对映-贝壳杉-16-烯-19-酸（1）、13-β-贝壳杉-16β-醇（2）、β-谷甾醇（3）和1-甘油十九烷酸酯（4）。
结论
化合物1-4首次从该植物中分离得到，化合物1和2首次从该属植物中分离得到。
