Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and glucocorticoids (GCs) are highly valuable medication available to a physician. The clinical usefulness of NSAIDs and GCs in the management of connective tissue diseases were discussed in this review. We summarized serious adverse reactions of these drugs. In addition, recent informations of these drugs in clinical use are also introduced.
非甾体抗炎药（NSAIDs）和糖皮质激素（GCs）是医生可用的非常有价值的药物。本综述讨论了NSAIDs和GCs在结缔组织疾病管理中的临床用途。我们总结了这些药物的严重不良反应。此外，还介绍了这些药物在临床使用中的最新信息。
