PURPOSE
To investigate the effect of bevacizumab on cystoid macular edema in Behçet disease.
METHODS
Twelve eyes of 11 patients with Behçet disease underwent optical coherence tomography, fluorescein angiography, and visual acuity measurement before and after the intravitreal injection of Avastin to evaluate its effect.
RESULTS
The visual acuity improved in 7 eyes. Foveal thickness and macular volume did not show statistically significant differences. Fluorescein angiography reduced in grading in 4 patients and was deteriorated in 2.
CONCLUSIONS
The intravitreal injection of Avastin could be effective in the improvement of the vision in patients with uveitis secondary to Behçet disease.
目的
研究贝伐单抗对贝赫切特病黄斑囊样水肿的影响。
方法
11例贝赫切特病患者的12只眼在玻璃体腔内注射阿瓦斯汀前后接受了光学相干断层扫描、荧光素血管造影和视力测量，以评估其效果。
结果
7只眼视力提高。黄斑中心凹厚度和黄斑体积无统计学显著差异。4例患者荧光素血管造影分级降低，2例恶化。
结论
玻璃体腔内注射阿瓦斯汀对贝赫切特病继发葡萄膜炎患者的视力改善可能有效。
