To study the infected root of Panax quinquefolium on the contents of ginsenosides.
The contents of three major ginsenosides Rg1, Re and Rb1 were determined by HPLC compared quantitatively between the different degree infected roots and normal root in the phloem and xylem.
Rg1 in phloem and xylem of varying degrees infected root showed no significant difference, but Rb1 decreased 26.3% and 28.3% respectively in medium and serious infected roots comparing to normal root. Re in phloem of seriously infected roots decreased in xylem significantly.
The results indicate that the variation of ginsenosides in different degrees infected roots exists and the proportion of Rg1, Re and Rb1 in the total ginsenosides changes.
研究西洋参感染根中人参皂苷的含量。
采用高效液相色谱法测定三种主要人参皂苷Rg1、Re和Rb1的含量,对不同感染程度的根与正常根的韧皮部和木质部进行定量比较。
不同感染程度根的韧皮部和木质部中Rg1无显著差异,但中度和重度感染根中的Rb1分别比正常根降低了26.3%和28.3%。重度感染根韧皮部中的Re在木质部中显著降低。
结果表明,不同感染程度根中人参皂苷存在变化,且Rg1、Re和Rb1在总人参皂苷中的比例发生改变。
