OBJECTIVE
The objective of our study was to present our initial experiences of imaging-guided intramuscular botulinum toxin (BTX) injection in patients with idiopathic cervical dystonia.
CONCLUSION
Imaging-guided BTX injection is a useful treatment technique in patients with idiopathic cervical dystonia when target muscles are located deeply or an injection must be delivered to a focal muscle area.
目的
我们研究的目的是展示我们在特发性颈部肌张力障碍患者中进行影像引导下肌内注射肉毒杆菌毒素（BTX）的初步经验。
结论
当目标肌肉位置较深或必须将注射剂注入局部肌肉区域时，影像引导下BTX注射是治疗特发性颈部肌张力障碍患者的一种有用技术。
