Abstract
We present 7 children with TBM (3 children who received a higher dose of steroids and and 4 children who received prednisolone at 2 mg/kg/d). Patients with high-dose steroids had no new tuberculomas on follow-up whereas all those on a regular dose of steroids developed tuberculomas within 2-8 months of therapy.

我们报告了7例结核性脑膜炎患儿（3例接受了更高剂量的类固醇治疗，4例接受2mg/kg/d泼尼松龙治疗）。接受高剂量类固醇治疗的患儿在随访中未出现新的结核瘤，而所有接受常规剂量类固醇治疗的患儿在治疗2 - 8个月内出现了结核瘤。
