Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the best extraction process of the polysaccharides from Euonymus fortuei with microwave.

METHODS

The orthogonal experiment was used to investigate 4 influential factors: the ratio of solid to liquid (A), microwave power (B), extraction time (C), the times of extraction (D).

RESULTS

The optimal conditions were A1B1C3D3 as the microwave power was 30W, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:50, the time of extraction was 14 min, and extracting for 4 times. The extraction yields of polysaccharide from Euonymus fortunei was 10.56%.

CONCLUSION

The microwave can be used in the extraction of the polysaccharides from Euonymus fortunei for shorter time and less energy.

摘要

目的

研究微波法提取扶芳藤多糖的最佳工艺。

方法

采用正交试验考察固液比(A)、微波功率(B)、提取时间(C)、提取次数(D)4个影响因素。

结果

最佳工艺条件为A1B1C3D3,即微波功率30W、固液比1∶50、提取时间14min、提取4次,扶芳藤多糖提取率为10.56%。

结论

微波法可用于扶芳藤多糖的提取,具有提取时间短、能耗低的特点。
