Abstract
The article presents results of treatment of 219 patients with ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum operated upon 20-25 years ago. The data presented prove the experience of antrum resection++ with selective vagotomy which may be operation of choice in patients with ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum.
