Features of pathomorphism of mammary carcinoma were studied in 177 women after a course of drug therapy. Qualitative and quantitative morphologic changes in the tumor were poorly manifest: they were detected in only 54 percent of patients and only in 9 percent the effect was manifest (third-fourth stage of involvement). Characteristic findings here were augmentation of cellular dystrophy, necrotic changes, enhanced nuclear polymorphism; significant injury to tumor parenchyma was paralleled by development of xanthomatosis foci and lymphoid histiocytic infiltration.
在177名接受药物治疗的女性中研究了乳腺癌的病理形态学特征。肿瘤的定性和定量形态学变化表现不明显：仅在54%的患者中检测到，且只有9%的患者有明显效果（累及的第三 - 四期）。此处的特征性表现为细胞营养不良加重、坏死改变、核多形性增强；肿瘤实质的显著损伤伴有黄色瘤病灶和淋巴组织细胞浸润的发展。
