Results of using coloured thermography with cholesterol liquid crystals in complex diagnostics in 123 patients with different forms of acute paraproctitis are presented. The diagnostic value of the method was established to increase along with deepening and spreading the inflammation focus and development of the scar process in the pararectal fat. In 46 patients (37.4%) with deep forms of the disease the liquid crystal thermography has acquired the leading diagnostic value.
本文介绍了对123例不同类型急性直肠周炎患者进行综合诊断时使用胆固醇液晶彩色热成像技术的结果。该方法的诊断价值随着炎症病灶的加深和扩散以及直肠周围脂肪中瘢痕形成过程的发展而增加。在46例（37.4%）病情严重的患者中，液晶热成像技术具有主要诊断价值。
