Abstract
The results of treatment of 399 patients with various forms of acute paraproctitis are discussed. Comparative evaluation of therapeutic methods applied in the clinic is made. The authors suggest a complex method of treatment in which they use thermography with fluid crystals in topical diagnosis of abscesses of the pararectal fatty tissue and apply papain in combination with medium-frequency ultrasound for the treatment of perineal wounds. This method led to recovery of 97.4% of patients.

讨论了399例各种形式急性直肠周炎患者的治疗结果。对临床应用的治疗方法进行了比较评估。作者提出了一种综合治疗方法，其中在直肠周围脂肪组织脓肿的局部诊断中使用液晶热成像，并将木瓜蛋白酶与中频超声联合应用于会阴伤口的治疗。该方法使97.4%的患者康复。
