Single administration of hydrocortisone to rats led to elevation in the blood serum of lipoproteins of very low density; and repeated administration - of lipoproteins of very low density, low density and of high density. Lipoproteins with d less than 1.063 g/ml produced an inhibitory action on the production of steroid hormones by the adrenal glands of rats in vitro.
给大鼠单次注射氢化可的松会导致血清中极低密度脂蛋白升高；而重复注射则会导致极低密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白升高。密度小于1.063 g/ml的脂蛋白对大鼠肾上腺体外甾体激素的产生具有抑制作用。
