Cardiac paragangliomas are rare cardiac tumors that are usually benign. Surgical excision can be curative.
We report a case of 39-year-old male who, during the work up of acute coronary syndrome with coronary angiography, cardiac computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), was found to have cardiac paraganglioma.
The tumor was intrapericardial, arising at the level of proximal left anterior descending artery. The tumor was completely resected and the postoperative course was uneventful. At 3-months follow-up the patient was asymptomatic with normal ventricular function.
Cardiac CT and MRI are valuable in characterizing and preoperative planning of primary cardiac paragangliomas.

我们报告一例39岁男性，在急性冠状动脉综合征的检查过程中，通过冠状动脉造影、心脏计算机断层扫描（CT）和磁共振成像（MRI）发现患有心脏副神经节瘤。
肿瘤位于心包内，起源于左前降支近端水平。肿瘤被完全切除，术后过程顺利。在3个月的随访中，患者无症状，心室功能正常。
心脏CT和MRI在原发性心脏副神经节瘤的特征描述和术前规划中具有重要价值。
