Abstract
The topology of ring closed DNA at different equilibrium configurations and deformation conditions has been investigated. The distribution of energy and bending and torsional stress has been studied. It is shown that the relationship between the torsional and flexural rigidity of DNA molecule qualitatively influences the deformation of ring DNA.
