Abstract
Hands and feet acrometastases are rarely observed. The authors report a case of bone metastasis to the left thumb and the right second metatarsal bone in a 37-year-old woman with breast carcinoma. Through this case report, mechanisms of such metastases are reviewed.

手足部的远端转移很少见。作者报告了一例37岁乳腺癌女性发生左拇指和右第二跖骨骨转移的病例。通过该病例报告，对这种转移的机制进行了综述。
