To establish the fingerprint of Maodongqing injection by HPLC.
The column of ODS-2 Hypersil C18 (4.6 mm x 200 mm, 5 microm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 degrees C, and the detection wavelength was 325 nm.
The fingerprint of Maodongqing injection was established, and 8 samples of different batches of Maodongqing injection were detected. Thirteen peaks in the chromatogram were marked by "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprints of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Version 2004 A)". There was a high similarity and each chromatographic peak was obtained with good separation and correlation according to the technical requirements of the fingerprints of Chinese traditional medicine.
This method is accurate, reliable and provides a scientific basis for controlling the quality of Maodongqing injection.
采用高效液相色谱法建立毛冬青注射液的指纹图谱。
使用ODS-2 Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)。流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸,采用梯度洗脱。流速为1 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为325 nm。
建立了毛冬青注射液的指纹图谱,并对8批不同批次的毛冬青注射液样品进行了检测。采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004 A版)》对色谱图中的13个峰进行了标定。根据中药指纹图谱的技术要求,各批次图谱相似度高,各色谱峰分离度和相关性良好。
该方法准确、可靠,为控制毛冬青注射液的质量提供了科学依据。
