To explore the clinical effect of particulate bone grafting on reconstruction of femoral defects in revision total hip arthroplasty.
Fifteen patients (20 hips) with femoral defects were treated by revision total hips arthroplasty with particulate bone grafting. After the operations, 14 patients (19 hips) were evaluated by X-rays and the Harris score.
During a follow-up of 43.6 months (11 approximately 65 months), 17 hips (89.5%) were cured, without obvious bone absorption or prosthesis sinking. Harris scores improved from 34.18 pre-operation to 86.6 post-operation.
Reconstruction of femoral defects with particulate bone grafting is an effective method for bone defects in revision total hip arthroplasty.
探讨颗粒骨移植在翻修全髋关节置换术中重建股骨缺损的临床效果。
对15例(20髋)存在股骨缺损的患者行翻修全髋关节置换术并采用颗粒骨移植。术后对14例患者(19髋)进行X线及Harris评分评估。
随访43.6个月(11至65个月),17髋(89.5%)治愈,无明显骨吸收或假体下沉。Harris评分从术前的34.18提高至术后的86.6。
颗粒骨移植重建股骨缺损是翻修全髋关节置换术中治疗骨缺损的有效方法。
